THE HIGHLANDS ABILITY BATTERY

The Highlands Ability Battery™ is the only readily available assessment tool to measure hard-wired talents and innate abilities. It identifies:

How you communicate & interact with others
How you approach problem solving and
How you best take in information.

The Highlands Ability Battery™ consists of 19 sets of worksamples. Each worksample is timed to measure the speed with which an individual is able to complete the task. The Battery is completed by the individual on their own computer and the results are submitted to Highghlands for scoring.

Within a few minutes participants have access to their 32 page profile which reveals patterns or clusters of abilities. Mel Rosche, a certified Highlands Affiliate, conducts a 2 hour personalized feedback session with the participant. This is followed by a 1 hour wrap-up session several weeks later.

Once participants understand their profiles, they are better able to make career and life choices that best fit their natural abilities and talents.
