Meet Mel Rosché
Finding solutions and creating flow is a way of life for Mel. She is passionate about working with individuals, small businesses and non-profits. She feels her greatest joy when she sees the sense of calm that comes over clients who experience BEING in Order.
Mel has a particular interest in showing people their natural talents and abilities and how to best use them. She uses the Highlands Ability Battery, the gold standard in measuring natural abilities and the Highlands Personal Vision Factors to guide clients through their self-discovery process. Mel believes that truly knowing yourself is essential to BEING in order.
She serves as Membership Director for the Maryland Association of Professional Organizers (MAPO), on the Mentor Advisory Committee for the Villa Maria Mentorship Program, as the Data Analyst for Marian House, a transitional housing program in Baltimore, MD and as Secretary to the Immaculate Heart of Mary School Board.
Mel started her career by developing and managing a Hospital Blood Bank. Over the years, she held numerous positions where she redirected workflow, established efficiencies, generated procedures and improved the bottom line. She taught managers what to look for and how to gather the information they needed to manage their departments.
